Question 1

What is Paatch?

Accepted Answer

Paatch is the control tower for enterprise AI agents. It deploys AI agents on real back-office processes (invoice control, RFP response, customer service, procurement) and governs every agent already running in the business, whatever tool built it.

Question 2

Who is Paatch for?

Accepted Answer

Paatch serves mid-market companies (ETI) in France and Switzerland: business leads who need an agent on a specific process, IT teams who need governance, access control and an audit trail, and executives who need to see the cost and return of every agent.

Question 3

What is the difference between Paatch and a traditional AI chatbot?

Accepted Answer

A chatbot responds to questions. An AI agent deployed with Paatch takes autonomous actions on a real process, updating systems, sending emails, and coordinating with other tools, with human validation before every send.

Question 4

What business processes can AI agents automate with Paatch?

Accepted Answer

Three agents are available today: document control and invoicing, RFP and RFI response, and customer service and order administration.

Question 5

How long does it take to deploy a first AI agent with Paatch?

Accepted Answer

The timeline is given after a live demo on your own data, and depends on the complexity of your systems. Each agent starts from a module already proven with another client, not from a blank page.

Question 6

Is Paatch secure and compliant for enterprise use?

Accepted Answer

Data and workloads are hosted in the European Union. Every deployment includes human validation before execution and a full audit trail, run by run, by agent and by user.

Question 7

What AI models does Paatch connect to?

Accepted Answer

Paatch is model-agnostic: it connects to leading AI models and tools including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Make, Dust, Manus and others, so organisations are not locked into a single provider.

Question 8

Who configures and operates the agents?

Accepted Answer

A community of vetted engineers, based in Europe, configure and operate agents inside the Paatch platform, under the client's own governance, without the client having to hire an in-house AI team.

Question 9

What industries does Paatch serve?

Accepted Answer

Paatch serves companies across industry, distribution, logistics and professional services.

Question 10

How does Paatch compare to hiring an AI consulting firm or systems integrator?

Accepted Answer

A consulting firm or integrator delivers a project and leaves, and most will not take on a contract below one million euros. Paatch is a platform: a setup fee per agent and a platform licence, not day rates, with permanent access to governance infrastructure.

Question 11

Where is Paatch based, and what markets does it serve?

Accepted Answer

Paatch is a team based in Paris, France, serving mid-market companies (ETI) in France and Switzerland.

Question 12

How do I get started with Paatch?

Accepted Answer

The fastest way to get started is to book a 30-minute demo through the Paatch website at paatch.ai. An existing agent is run live on your own data.
